1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You must initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note:

Items that have been customized, altered, or purchased on sale/discount are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
2. Return Process
To request a return:

Email us at Support@jannatcollection.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us again.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund based on your preference.
6. Return Shipping
